An Unforgettable Experience

I would like to share about my best experience of the year 2015. This was an experience I will truly never forget. The experience was a game I got the opportunity to pitch in. It was when I was on the USA Baseball 15u National Team and pitched against the host country Mexico. I got to pitch in front of a huge crowd which was awesome. I came in relief to pitch during a tough situation. The first batter I faced was a big battle which I ended up winning. It was a 13-pitch at bat that ended up a flyout to center field. That was a tough start for me. The next batter I faced was against the hitter for Mexico. It was a tough battle again and the batter ended up grounding out. That was the end of the inning which was huge because I left two runners on base. The next inning was a quick three up three down inning. While I was pitching, after every out I was fired up because I was having a lot of fun. We won the game 7-5 and ended up winning the gold medal.
